Pasta with a white sauce (will post 2 recipes) and mozzerella cheese*
Meat:
Roasted Chicken w/greenbeans
Plain baked/grilled/boiled chicken breasts
Pot Roast/potatoes/celery/chives
Steak w/potatoes
Hamburgers (wrapped in lettuce or with homemade rolls) w/homemade fries
Chicken noodle soup (homemade)
Beef Stirfry
Goulash (will post recipe -- beef chunks, noodles, beef broth, butter, flour, yogurt)
Chicken pot pie (homemade)
"Mexican"
Homemade flour tortillas filled with plain yogurt, black beans, iceberg lettuce, mild cheese* and hamburger/chicken
*Some people do react to cheese -- go at your own level
